LET US KNOW! We would hate to think that we have made a customer unhappy and they are just not telling us. This does not do either of us any good. A) If we made an error, we cannot correct if we do not know about it and B) YOU, the customer may feel cheated, insulted or angry if we fail to properly serve you.
